CAC Families
CAC gives families free access to Jointly, an easy-to-use app that helps caregivers build a circle of care around an older person living at home. The app works on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Everyone involved can see what needs to be done, share updates, coordinate schedules, and manage daily responsibilities.
The primary caregiver can invite family members, friends, neighbors, volunteers, and service providers into the circle of care. To protect privacy, the caregiver can assign tasks and decide what each person can see or do in the app.
CAC also helps families connect with other caregiving families in their community so they can share support, information, and resources.
CAC provides Jointly, training, and ongoing support at no cost to families or community organizations.
